Men Love to Hear
Coming into your feminine power is one of the biggest keys I use in private coaching.
If you really want an Alpha Man in your life – and most Alpha Women do – this is important information you’ll want to know and remember. Men over 50 will love you if you get this.
Quality men want nothing more than to make you happy. They will give to you in every way possible as long as it’s within their power to do so.
However, that’s the when trouble starts brewing. Men don’t do it the way you do, right?
So if you’re like most women, you become critical of the job they’ve done because you can do it better. To men, you come across as controlling.
They think you’ve emasculated them by not allowing them to be themselves and by trying to take the reigns away from them.
A couple of week ago I told you about the 4 magic words that men love to hear. Have you tried using them yet? Here’s an example of how well they can work for you.
My client, Karen, is a powerhouse at work and she knows how to get the job done quickly and efficiently. At the office, she’s a true Alpha Female.
Unable to previously flip the switch, her Alpha characteristics were showing up in her dating life, sending men running for the hills as fast as they could go.
Karen wasn’t ready to practice her feminine skills just yet in a dating situation. It felt scary to her, like she was giving up power.
So she decided to try them out at work, where she felt very in control.
She had a meeting scheduled with the CEO of a major corporation.
In the past, she’d have come into the meeting much like a bull in a china shop. She’d have pushed and forced issues until the deal was signed, sealed and delivered.
This time Karen decided to take the feminine approach by telling the CEO those 4 magic words, “I need your help.”
Elizabeth consciously made a decision to wear softer, feminine clothing rather than her usual black suit which screams ALPHA FEMALE. (If you wear a black suit, dress it up with a feminine tank and jewelry).
She slowed herself down as she went into the meeting and asked the very macho CEO for his help on the project.
He gladly stepped up and within 5 minutes, the deal was sealed.
They spent the next hour talking. He shared a lot about his life, which is a man’s way of trying to impress you, and by the end of the conversation, he told her to call on him anytime she needed his help. She thanked him before she left the board room, feeling as though she was on top of the world.
She was astonished by this “miracle,” as she put it. In the past, had she come from her more masculine Alpha side, it would have taken a lot of struggling and head butting to seal this deal.
So why do I tell you this story? Karen witnessed what every woman witnesses when she consciously flips the switch to her feminine side; men stepping over themselves to help her.
Think of Julia Roberts’ character in Pretty Woman or Joan on Mad Men. These are very strong women who get their way using femininity by allowing men to do for them.
You can have this too. Using your feminine side, men will feel like you really get them.
They’ll want to connect with you on that emotional level they crave with a woman.
Now here is the other secret: When he starts doing for you, be gracious and thank him immediately. Let him know how very much you appreciate what he’s done for you even if it is not the way you wanted it done.
In many ways, men are like little puppies… the more love, appreciation and respect they get from you, the more they will want to give and do for you.
So like Karen, try your feminine wiles on male friends, business associates and dates and watch how your life with men begins to change.
Don’t forget to thank them, and watch them smile at you as if you are the most charming and mysterious woman in the world. That’s how we all want to feel, isn’t it?
